About Me

I began my spiritual journey as a teenager, researching Gnostic teachings and Spiritual Alchemy. In Gnosticism, I was drawn to the less well-known teachings of Jesus- ones that did not make it into the Bible. These teachings show a more dynamic Jesus who brought forth wisdom that was varied- and powerful.

In Spiritual Alchemy, I connected with the “Great Work”- the series of chemical processes (relating to changes in the spirit, mind, emotions, and body) that led to a transmutation into something greater (connection with the heart and higher/inner self). I also resonated with the images of Alchemy which, when gazed upon, can create that transmutation.. These images may relate to something very real found within the heart.

At the age of 23, I began doing energy-work practices as taught by a Qi Gong master from China.

Around 2009, I was introduced to the work of Drunvalo Melchizedek by friends who had read The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life series. I attended an ATIH (Awakening the Illuminated Heart) workshop in Sedona, led by Drunvalo, with these same friends.

The techniques and meditations of this workshop became an important part of my daily practice.

In 2020, I became a certified teacher of The School of the Heart, which is led by Daniel Mitel, fulfilling a desire to teach spiritual practice and wisdom, and to bring the heart into focus for many seekers on their journey…
